EXPERIENCE

Working in her own business as a Professional/Clinical Supervisor and Nurse Educator, Esther utilises her strong education and academic back ground, as well as her hands-on acute and long-term nursing experience to provide professional/clinical supervision and growth coaching for nurses.

She provides nursing education to private healthcare facilities. Esther also supports nurses in their professional development with assistance in their academic endeavours such as; essay/thesis writing, study skills, CV compilation and professional portfolio preparation.

• Independent Practice – Nurse Educator, Professional/Clinical Supervisor and Study Coach (16 years – ongoing)

• Duty Nurse Manager (five years and ongoing)

• PDRP Assessor (five years – ongoing)

• Registered Nurse in acute Medical and Surgical wards, Older Person’s Health, and Assessment and Rehabilitation  (14 years)

• Studied extramurally for five years to gain a Bachelor of Nursing Degree

• Studied extramurally for four years to gain a Master of Arts (Hons) Degree

• Nursing Lecturer for seven years (undergraduate/postgraduate)

• Clinical Manager for two years (Aged Care Facility)
